FundraisingFundraising is a critical part of a successful school music program. In order for us to offer first-class opportunities to your student, we need everyone to participate in fund raising. Planning and implementing fundraising is the primary responsibility of the Chorus Booster Association.
Chorus Boosters work hard to keep student costs low for trips and other activities and work to offset those with fundraising efforts. Please keep in mind all of the often unseen, behind the scenes expenses when considering your level of commitment to fundraising. Your help is a necessity to continue the support of this outstanding program. Your child is worth it! Choir Contributions Choir contributions are an important part of providing outstanding opportunities to your students. Booster Association Donation All vocal music families members of the Lafayette Chorus Booster Association whose work is to support the Lafayette Choral Department, its Directors, and the Vocal Music students. Sponsorship provides an opportunity for area businesses and patrons to show their support for arts education and the LHS choral program. The campaign is the most important fundraiser of the year. We ask each student to sell $60 in sponsorships. Calendar Fundraiser - March Bingo - Ongoing The Lafayette Choir is partnering with the Lafayette Band Association to raise money through Bingo. Students and adults can both work Bingo. Sign up for a slot. Fundraising Donation Program - Year-Round Fundraising not for you? Lafayette Chorus Boosters, Inc. (501c3) gladly accepts tax-deductible contributions in lieu of our fundraisers. Chorus Boosters suggests fundraising donation of $200 in-lieu of Sponsorship, Bingo, and Calendar fundraisers. Contributions made by Sept 1 will be acknowledged in our Sponsorship Campaign. Contributions to Lafayette Chorus Boosters, Inc. (501c3) are tax deductible to the extent allowable by law.
