For students who participate in more than one organization (Theatre, Choir, Orchestra):
We will all travel together, room, and bus together. The only difference in trip is which workshop the student chooses to participate in.

All payments will be submitted directly to Magical Memories via Group Collect. Payments and registration will occur completely online. Payments made through an ACH (bank to bank transaction) will have a 2% fee already included in the $1215 price. Debit and credit card use will incur an additional 2% fee. No checks or cash payments will be accepted.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
Due to prepayment of the hotels, tickets, and bus service, cancellation on or after July 15, 2026, the traveler will forfeit all payments made toward the trip and will be charged for the full amount of the trip. Any additional unrecoverable fees from the travel company may be applied above the remaining balance. All payments will be made via Group Collect.

CANCELLATION:
Due to prepayment of the hotels, tickets, and bus service, cancellation on or after July 15, 2026, the traveler will forfeit all payments made toward the trip and will be charged for the full amount of the trip. Any additional unrecoverable fees from the travel company may be applied above the remaining balance. Trip transfer may be possible, but not guaranteed should another student wish to join the trip in place of a cancellation.
It is understood that in the event of the group’s cancellation due to viral outbreak, sickness, natural disaster, or other unforeseeable event, Magical Memories Tours and Travel will make every effort to obtain refunds when available and return all refunded money to Lafayette High School. In the event that any deposits, tickets, or vouchers are not refunded, travelers agree to pay Magical Memories in the amount equal to the non refunded costs to cover any outstanding liabilities.
OTHER NOTES:
Note that there are a limited number of spots. A waiting list will be established once all spots have been filled.
Family travelers: Siblings who are NOT part of the participating school groups (Choir, Theatre, or Orchestra) are not permitted to travel on the charter bus and must be supervised by an adult who is not serving as an official trip chaperone.

FRIDAY
Cost will be $1305.00 per person based on Quint occupancy.
- Group will depart early morning Friday, September 25th and will return late evening on Wednesday, September 30th.
- Group travel on 3 charter buses provided by Jefferson Tours and Transportation from Louisville.
LODGING:
- Overnight accommodations at Towneplace Suites, Flamingo Crossings. Each suite has 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa and will sleep five people. Price is based on each room sleeping 5 people. Included in the rate is a hot breakfast each morning of the group’s stay.
- Chaperones will be limited to 3 per room for the same cost as quint occupancy.
ACTIVITIES:
- 3 day base ticket at Walt Disney World Parks
- 1 day base ticket to Universal Studios
- Disney Education Workshops (Orchestra, Choir, Theatre)
FOOD:
- Stops will be made for meals on the way down and back and these are the only meals not included in the cost of the trip. Plan on bringing $160 for extra food costs.
- Daily breakfast will be included at the hotel.
- Each participant will receive 2 meal vouchers for each day at Disney and Universal (8 meals total).

- Check Into Hotel Friday Night
- Hollywood Studios - All students will spend the day with departure after the Fantasmic Show.
- All students will spend their day at Magic Kingdom
- All students will spend the day at EPCOT. Orchestra and Choir will each have their workshop in the backstage area of Epcot. The Music Theater class will have their workshop at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort.
- All Students will spend the day at Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure
- Depart early in the morning to head home
