CHARMS Office assistant is the accounts receivable and data software adopted by the LHS Choral Department.
CHARMS provides a web-based Log-in to your individual student’s account.
Once in your account, you can:
- Track student fundraising
- Track trip payments
- Submit SCAPA Practice Logs
- Update your contact information.
- Receive email account statements
- Receive email announcements tailored to your student
- Receive choir monthly newsletters
With your contact info (email address) entered, you will.
You can have your password reset by contacting Mr. Marsh or the Accounts Receivable Coordinator.
School Code: “LafayetteHSC”
Your student’s Kentucky Student ID is the student code.
