On Saturday March 14, 2009, Women’s Choir, Singers, Chorale and Madrigals participated in the KMEA District 7 Festival Assessment. Festival is one of the most important performances of our year because it is the only time of the year where we are critically evaluated and most importantly are asked to demonstrate music literacy skills.
The advanced groups received distinguished ratings on their performance and sight-reading. We wanted to share some of the outstanding comments from the four judges:
